Section 1 - General Provisions

The person with overall responsibility for completing this Statement of Work
is the individual with responsibility for delivery of the project within RAW
Bank DRC. This responsibility extends to raising the Statement of Work in
conjunction with Procurement, Finance, Legal and the Vendor.
This Statement of Work together with its accompanying RAW Bank.
Purchase Order will together comprise an Order.
Note that all changes to this Statement of Work will be governed by the
Frame Service Agreement.

Section 2 - Overview
2.1

Document Purpose
This document describes High level scope, deliverables, schedule and
financial considerations for delivering the OBIEE based dashboards.
It provides the baseline for the project and, once approved forms part of
the contract between Raw Bank DRC and THBS

2.2

Intended Audience
The intended audience is contract authorities and project managers from
both parties, THBS designers, developers and testers, and Raw Bank DRC
teams

2.3

Introduction
Raw Bank DRC plans to implement a one stop dashboard to report critical
KPIs which are essential in reporting the banks overall performance and
other Key performance metrics
Raw Bank DRC has indicated their willingness to partner with THBS team to
realize this Business requirement.

2.4

Project Overview
Project Brief
The project aims to achieve the below objectives:
Project Scope:
Leverage the existing OBIEE reporting infrastructure to develop
critical business dashboards.
The dashboards to reflect business critical KPIs in form of tables,
graphs, maps, etc.,
As no Data models are available to build the required dashboards, it
is expected that TBHS team liaise with the RAW Bank business team
to understand the reporting requirements and build the data model
accordingly.
THBS team to build the Dashboards on top of the newly designed
Data model post model sign off from the RAW Bank business team.
Post report development, reports to be integrated in to the existing
SharePoint portal. SharePoint will be the single point of initialization
of the dashboard reports.
All dashboard reports can be accessed by all users. However, the
data viewed in the dashboard will be secured as per the user scope.

Technical & Functional Requirements

1) Outline the list of Dimension required for reporting.

2) Outline the Facts required for reporting.
3) Agree on the Dimension and attribute naming
conventions
4) Agree on the Measure naming conventions.
5) Agree on the schema and format of the Dashboards.
6) Business team to share the key KPI calculation with
the THBS Development team.
7) Agree on the UAT (User acceptance Test) time lines.

dependencies which could affect the project timelines.

2) Create a session variable to login the user details.
3) Build dynamic reports with business KPIs embedded
in the reports leveraging the rich reporting features of
OBIEE
4) Report the data to the targeted audience by filtering
the data reported on the session variable.
5) Integrate the OBIEE dashboards into the Sharepoint
point portal using the URL based integration
methodology.
Note: The base data has to be mapped to its
corresponding user to ensure the session variable
filters the data correctly before reporting the data to
the targeted users.

UAT and Production Deployment.

Section 5 - Acceptance Criteria

This section defines the minimum requirements for accepting deliverables.
It also describes the criteria used for acceptance and/or KPIs.

Section 6 - General Assumptions &

Dependencies
6.1

Assumptions
It is assumed that:
English will be the language of communication during this work. All
information required for the THBS consultants during this assignment
including the documents, meetings/discussions etc. will be in English
only.
Offshore working hours will be normal business hours as per IST (9
AM to 6 PM).
All dependencies will be addressed by RAW BANK DRC in a timely
manner.
Upon completion of UAT, Signoff is required from RAW Bank DRC
team to deploy the solution to Production environment.
If there are any delays in completing the validation activity by RAW
Bank DRC as per schedule, then THBS will discuss with RAW Bank
DRC PM and re-baseline the schedule and the cost.
If RAW Bank DRC or any other person(s)/team(s) change the relevant
requirements, project plans, schedule, specifications, scope or
system environment or architecture which would require additional
services or re-performance of services, those change(s) shall be
considered a change in the scope of services and will require
renegotiation of schedules and costs.
Any new changes during the development and implementation apart
of the activities mentioned in Section 3.1 will be taken/considered as
a Change Request and will be delivered separately as part of a new
PO and SOW.
Cost mentioned is with assumption of working days only. Any work
done out of office hours, weekends and holidays will be invoiced.
Development and production servers provided at the start of the
project will not change for entire project

6.2

Dependencies
RAW Bank DRC has the following MIC dependencies:
Requirement to be freezed prior to start the development phase.

 UAT should be performed within in the duration agreed in the project

plan by RAW Bank DRC team and a complete report has to be shared
with THBS for fixing
The required personnel & local support teams from each country will
be available for all the discussions and meetings.
Timely responses to clarification requests.
Relevant technical and business documentation will be provided to
the consultants.
RAW Bank DRC to have the required resources available for data
validation as per the agreed schedule.

Note:
1: More number of onsite days will be decided during the course of project
execution if required and for that RAW Bank DRC would be providing the
additional PO upon submitting the revised effort estimate.
2: Travel and Visa cost $2000 provided is for single onward and return
journey, if any additional travel to DRC is required then actual Ticket cost
would be invoiced.
4: Local transport between office and hotel is expected to be provided by

RAW Bank DRC.
