Sticks And Stones Or Ass' Jawbones?

Is there any mind within realm of sanity,

when speaking of an act of self defense,
that can find wrongly spoken profanity,
in the protection of one's own family?
Should a man be bound by a duty to die,
his only wrong to be that of his existing,
in the wrong placeonly to wonder why
at the wrong time to hear loved ones cry?
Is it sin of abominable unrighteousness,
for a man to fight for all that he is worth,
to protect those he loves in selflessness,
with sticks and stones or ass' jawbones?

As survivable means to defend your life,
would you seek to find an ass' jawbone,
in a nighttime intruders sudden invasion,
intent on spoiling your wife, your home?

Why is it we seek to punish the righteous,
while allowing all the guilty to walk free,
when it is crime that's overly contagious,
so why the commotion over gun control?
There's naught to fear from gun in hand,
of any a good man's responsible duties,
but much is to be feared within our land,
when only the criminals possess a gun.

Gun-O-phobia seeks to rule our minds,
while Liberal-Crats paint well oiled lies,
of a gun free America as a better rhyme,
to take away guns and hope there is time,

for authorities to arrive in nick of time,

as you trust those who do rule over you,
to save your family from a fate of crime,
or community from foreigner's invasion ...

They hope there will be a day you forget,
We the people, rule this great nation,
a day we shall all come to soon regret,
and we becomes they who have the say,
as a criminal, your daughter deflowers,
in murdering children before your eyes,
a criminal government you empowered,
assisting a criminal your home to despise.

The answer is, oh so, easy for all to see,
than to think of prohibition of our guns,
simply impose by law the death penalty,
upon any criminal who possesses a gun.
It matters not whether its use was intent,
for committing of crime defines a matter,
no mercy or pardon should, thus, be lent,
any crime enacted with a gun possession.

Defense is a matter of home and nation,

and is more sensible sensation of reality,
than disarming of the innocent's rations,
in controlling wickedness of the wicked.

Some will say the death penalty is cruel,
while the same may support self defense,
not realizing that such law serves a dual,
purpose in protecting life and community.
The death penalty, when it is carried out,
is an act of self defense for any society,
for why would a sane man stand in doubt,
of destroying viruses with potential to kill?
Why preserve creatures who bring death,
for to keep alive any such criminal virus,
is to chance a future loss of life's breath,
of those precious lives we so dearly love?
In sanest sanity of logic well seasoned,
take guns from all those who abuse them,
and put them in hands of sound reason,
as a means of protection's self defense.

For such a law well established as fact,

gives every citizen good cause to pause,
in thinking before they do choose to act,
Am I truly defending my life or others?

Put a gun in every home within this land,
training and registration for ownership,
you will see crime's rate drop to a man,
as no sane criminal wishes to face a man,
who stands armed with a gun in his hand ...
