OF THE
VERMILION ENTENTE
ENACTED BY THE GRAND LEADER AND PRESIDIUM OF THE VERMILION ENTENTE ON 5 AUGUST
2016 Y.
The Vermilion Entente (VoE) is a Red Alliance dedicated to the spread of the Red Revolution. As the brightest
shade of red, Vermilion leads the Red Revolution. Red, the colour of victory, the colour of martyrs, the colour of
freedom, the colour of power. There can only be Red! Long live the Red Revolution!
Chapter I. Political system
Art. I.
The Vermilion Entente is guided by the principle of absolute leadership whereby a leader exercises absolute
authority in his domain and is only subordinated to his superior.
Art. II.
The Vermilion Entente is governed by the Grand Leader, his successor and a council of ministers.

The Grand Leader exercises absolute rule over the Vermilion Entente. This includes the
appointment of the Marshal and members of the Presidium. The

Leader may delegate powers to his subordinates as necessary. These delegated powers can always
be recalled by the Grand Leader.

The Marshal is the Grand Leaders proxy and successor.
4.
The Presidium (council of ministers) contains the following positions:
1) The Minister of Foreign Affairs, who is tasked with foreign correspondence on behalf of the
Entente, including peace negotiations.
1. Only the Grand Leader can approve and formalise peace settlements, unless said
power is expressly delegated to either the Marshal or the Minister of Foreign
Affairs.
2) The Minister of Internal Affairs, who is tasked with assuring compliance to city standards
among the alliance members. Additionally tasked with the co-ordination of the Grand
Leaders internal projects, such as nation development.
3) The Minister of War, who is tasked with assuring compliance to military standards among the
alliance members. Additionally tasked with the co-ordination of the Ententes military forces.
4) The Minister of Finance, who is tasked with overseeing the activity of the Entente Bank.
Additionally tasked with the distribution of money and resources to Comrades (Entente
members).
5) The Grand Leader may create additional positions in the Presidium. However, the
aforementioned positions may not be eliminated from the Presidium.
6) No Comrade can hold more than one position in the Presidium, nor can the Grand Leader and
Marshal hold any positions in the Presidium.
Chapter II. Ideological system
Art. I.
The Vermilion Entente is a Red alliance working to spread the Red Revolution throughout Orbis and beyond.
Art. II.
In order to successfully progress the Red Revolution, the Vermilion Entente follows a strict code of aesthetics, based
on the prcept that everything is political and nothing is neutral.

The official phrase of the Vermilion Entente is Long live the Red Revolution!.
The official national colour of the Vermilion Entente is Red. All member states must display Red
as the national colour.
Vermilion is defined as the following HSB combination and hex triplet: 5, 75%, 100% and
#FF4F3F. The red components of the Flag and Emblem must adhere to these parameters.
The Emblem and Flag of the Vermilion Entente are defined and used in the following manner.
1) The Flag of the Vermilion Entente is defined as a 1:2 ratio field bearing the following design.

2) The Emblem of the Vermilion Entente is defined as the following design.

3) Each Comrade is expected to display the Emblem on his forum signature.

4) Each Comrade is expected to colour his signature text according to the parameters defined in
Art. II., 3.
5) The Emblem of the Vermilion Entente must be present on every official document produced
by the Vermilion Entente.
6) The forum pip is the Emblem of the Vermilion Entente.

Chapter III. Revisions
Art. I.
The Constitution of the Vermilion Entente is the founding document of the Vermilion Entente.
Art. II.
The Constitution of the Vermilion Entente cannot be revised nor replaced while the Vermilion Entente is in
existence.
