AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING
WE, the undersigned law students of the DVOREF College of
Law, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby
depose and state that:
1. We are law students of the DVOREF College of Law currently
taking up Alternative Dispute Resolution under the guidance of
Atty. Tyronne B. Tutaan, for the Second (2nd) Semester of
Academic Year 2015-2016;
2. One of the requirements for the said subject is the viewing of the
Mediation and Conciliation proceedings before the Philippine
Mediation Center (PMC)- Bulwagan ng Katarungan, Tacloban City;
3. The Philippine Mediation Center has agreed to the viewing of the
Mediation and Conciliation proceedings of the undersigned with
the condition that the undersigned undertakes to keep the
confidentiality of the proceedings before the PMC;
4. We, the undersigned hereby undertake under pain of prosecution
and penalty under applicable laws and rules, that we will not
disclose any information regarding the proceedings and the
parties before the Philippine Mediation Center and to keep the
confidentiality of the proceedings before it; and
5. We have hereunto executed this affidavit to attest to the truth
and veracity of the foregoing statements for whatever legal
purpose the same may serve.
