LEGAL NOTICE

Sir,
I the undersigned, being an R.T.I. Activist & a social worker
associated with many minority organizations hereby strictly warn
and serve you with this Legal Notice for garbage-dumping from
your hospital into Musa Suhag Qabristaan (R.A.) managed by Sunni

Muslim Waqf Committee. Please note that I myself being a

beneficiary and religiously concerned of the same Qabristan i.e.
graveyard in which my parents and other relatives are buried, where
your hospital is used to dump the garbage in the northern direction
of the Qabristan.
I have noticed that huge amount of medical waste is dumped in
the above said Qabristan from the side adjacent to your Hospital.
Please note that I have video clips and photographs of your staff
throwing the waste at the above mentioned place. This includes
injectable needles, plastic cans, leftovers and stale foods, used
bandages etc. It is traumatic and shocking to note that even
unmatured fetuses are also found thrown therein.
Seriously note that above said your acts committed by your
hospital personnel are violating the sanctity of the holy place i.e.
Musa Suhag Qabristan. This amounts to hurting the feelings and
outraging the sentiments of Muslim Community at large.
This Legal Notice has been issued to you under legal advice of
my lawyers. You are hereby warned to stop the above said nuisance
with immediate effect as soon as this Legal Notice takes place in
your hand, failing which I shall not have any other option but to
initiate due legal proceedings (All necessary Civil, Criminal,

Police Actions etc.) against you, your hospital and concerned

personnel at your cost and consequences, which seriously be noted.

You are requested to tender an apology and give an undertaking
