Materials Manager (3)

Duties:

Ensures only pencils are in pencil cups

Makes sure all materials are put back in
the correct bin

Lunch Bin (2)

Brings the lunch bin down to the cafeteria

Retrieves the lunch bin from the cafeteria
right after recess

Morning Chairs (3)

Takes down chairs in the morning

Ensures nothing is left on the floor

Floor Monitors (3)

including paper scraps and materials
(especially at the end of the day)

Wrap up Crew (3)

Wipes down tables

Puts up chairs at the end of the day
Dismisses class to their lockers

Tech Crew (2)

Ensures all technology is returned to its

proper place at the end of the day

Checks battery life of Ipads and
Chromebooks. Plugs in devices or places

uncharged devices on teachers desk.

Shuts down Desk Top Computers

Makes sure students move attendance

magnets when they arrive to school

Moves attendance magnets back at the

Attendance Monitor (2)

end of the day

Librarians (2)

Brings library books down to Ms. Mok in

the morning on library days

Makes sure the classroom library is tidy at
the end of each day

Mailmen (2)

Places mail in students mailboxes in the

morning or at the end of the day

Classroom Pet (2)

Feeds Spike
Cleans Spikes Cage
Plays with Spike

Pencil Sharpener (1)

Makes sure only sharpened pencils are on

the tables
Sharpens pencils in the morning or at the
end of the day

Teacher Assistant (2)

Helps the teacher with odd jobs

(particularly putting together work plans
and setting up science and math activities)
