In view of the insistent demand of local fertilizer uaaaufac-.
%turers jranted tax exemption privileges under R. A. No.. 3050 that
they be allowed to import containers without restriction, and considering that the said law does not contain any provision restricting
their purchase of :containers from local sources of production or
manufacture,. Par. 4 of DepartrIent Order No. 105, relative to the
definition oftha torm.oant

reasonable quality and quantity and at reasonable prices,

Containers refer only to containers of manufactured

fertilizers, such as multi-wall paper bags, asphalt-lined
jute bags and polythelene.or polythelene-lined bags.
This order shall take effect immediately upon its publication in
the Official Gazette.
