PRECHECK

FollowingprechecktobedonebeforesendingtherequestsforchangeinClient
Master details of offline clients (Trading and Demat accounts) to enable us to
processtherequestsexpeditiouslyandtoavoidpossiblerejections.

1. All clients who have been trading under offline mode and wish to change
theirContactdetails/BankDetails/DematdetailsneedstofilluptheOffline
ClientChangeinClientMasterformsdulysigned.

2. Allholdersarerequiredtosignthemodificationrequestform.Signaturesof
alltheholdersshouldmatchwithSSLrecords

3. ForChangeinContactdetails:

Correspondenceaddressshouldbeinthenameofclientonly,ifitsinthe
name of Spouse relationship proof is must (for e.g. Passport, Marriage
Certificate)whichshouldcontainthenameofyourspouse.

If the address proof provided contains short address or old Land Mark
which does not exist anymore, you can always mention famous Land
Marknearby(fore.g.above,nextto,oppositeto,behindetc)itwillhelp
ustodeliverthecorrespondencetoyouontime.

Permanentaddress should not begin with C/o,Hostel, Shop; Office &It


shouldbeinthenameoftheClientonly.

Validityofsupportingdocuments.Fore.g.billshouldnotbemorethan3
monthsold(Frombillingdate),&Documentshavingvaliditydateshould
notbewithin6monthsoftheexpiryDate.

Mobilenoshouldbein10digits,MentionedSTDorISDcode(Whichever
applicable)whilementioningthecontactnumber.

4. ForChangeinBankDetails

YoushouldbefirstholderinnewBankaccount

MICR and IFSC code should be correctly mentioned and should exactly
matchwiththeproofsubmittedchequeleafismust(whetherprovidedin
originalorphotocopy)thiswillhelpustocredityourdividenddirectlyto
youraccount.

Validityofbankproofdocuments.Fore.g.Bankstatementshouldnotbe
morethan3monthsold

5. ForChangeinDPdetails

YoushouldbefirstholderinDPaccount

Validity of DP proof documents.For e.g. DP holding statement statements,


ClientMasterReportshouldbelatest(Withinoneyear)

DematAccountstatusshouldbeinActivestatus

TheClientMastermustcontaintheSealoftheDPandthesignatureof
the authorized person. Internet statements of Demat Account are not
acceptedasavalidproofofDemat
