ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The attainment of this narrative report and the entire On-the-Job Training will not
be possible without the help of God Almighty, the people and entities that have me the
opportunity to experience this training outside the four sides of the classroom.
To my parents whom gave me the morals I need to face the world as a
professional individual in reflect of the name that they hold within their blood as their
pride and joy of what I have accomplished for a span of time. Thank you for the support
and reminder to always prioritize that are important to those what are urgent. 600 hours,
for me, was a long way but your work as my parents is already a lifetime of commitment.
Pushing me to my limits and struggles, gaining confidence every now and then, being
there whenever I am down, and thank you. Thank you indeed for believing and trusting
me independently. May God bless you two always.
To my sister who helped me to be accepted to the company and for always being
there beside me, thank you. You inspire me to strive more as you give a perfect example
of a student. As Chinkee Tan said, You can measure a person for how big his dreams
are and you surely have big dreams. You mean the world to me. Thank you.
To my friends who stood beside me and always encourage me to do my best and
always achieve our goals as groupmates and as best friends. You guys push me always to
my limits of what I think I cannot do but you believe in me always and I thank you for
that. We accompany ourselves in searching for a company and our hardships actually paid
off.

To the Lyceum of the Philippines University Cavite Campus, especially the

class of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Operations
Management Batch 2016 and the LPU Harmonic Chorale, I thank you for the support and
the opportunities that your brought to the students; your support to my program and to the
Arts and Cultural Affairs Department.
To my professors, especially in the College of Business Administration, thank you
for the knowledge you have passed on to us, students. I and my classmates really do
acquired understanding with the On-the-Job Training experience; we clearly saw the
application of all the things weve learned. Thank you Ms. Soriano and Ms. Paula for
understanding my unique situation.
To the Isuzu Automotive Dealership Incorporated Cavite Branch, thank you for
your warm welcome and strict implementations of your rules towards me as your trainee.
To the various departments especially the Parts Department where I was designated,
thank you for pushing me mentally and physically challenging me. The stress that I
encountered during my hours in IADI really gave me an impact of what really working is
all about and I can tell you that in the service industry, your job is a no joke. From the
Manager to the janitor, you guys are really good at your work and really nice: Sir
Valance, Maam Hydee, Maam Len, Maam Lin, Maam Mace, Sir Noy, Sir Reiann, Sir
Jason, Sir James, Sir Joseph, Sir Mark, Christian, Kuya Nestor, Kuya Arnold, the entire
Sales Representative Elite, the mechanics and Body Repair group you taught me things
that are really fundamentals in doing a job in a company. That everyday greasy life is
indeed a proof to be humble always. Repair jobs are not a joke especially if you want to
inish what the customer needs but still you find other conflicts on the way, you politely

tell your customers about those problems that are not easy but you just about it
perseverance and joy in the job. These made me realize that we should find a job that we
are really happy about to do, not about the money, but your passion. You guys inspire me
every day that beyond problems, smiles are still seen in the office and that boost me for
the 600 hours Ive been there.
And lastly to my God Almighty. Thank you for the strength you gave me
throughout my very long 600 hours that were rendered from April to December because
of my tight schedule. Thank you that you gave me the people that are positive always and
that helped me still to regain my composure in my stay at Isuzu. Thank you that beyond
my discouragement of other people, mocking me, about my service to Isuzu, I still
finished this training and in the end that was what important finishing. Thank you God
a never ending blessing to the world, my university, my church, my ministry, my chorale
group and my family. Thank you for the safe travel every time I go to work and go home.
I cannot do this all without your love and mercy, Father I thank you. You make way
whenever I encounter dead ends and enlightened me to touch times. Thank you for my
health and my family. Thank you Lord for everything.
Thank you everyone for helping, guiding, and assisting me every step of the way
to my training. You love will forever be in my life. To God be all the glory, amen!
