Spiritual
The top 3 goals I would like to obtain or achieve based on the goals worksheet, is Spiritual, Family
Relationships and Money. My plan is to focus on these goals in that order as well. I feel that if I do not have
God in my life first, then the rest will not fall into place. I tried to live my life without God in my life and
quickly realized that I could not do anything without Him. I understand that there are many out there that feel
there are other goals out there that are more important that Spiritual goals but without Stepping up as the leader
in my home, covering my marriage and kids in prayer in the morning and attending service every Wednesday,
there would be no point to my relationships or money.

Family and Relationships.

This assignment has perfect timing because I just had a conversation with my 21-year-old that lives in Los
Angeles regarding our relationship and how it has lost its connection recently. I would go weeks before I would
reach out to him and he did the same. We decided that we need to call each other on a specific day each week
and NOT text. My other goals such as spending time with my daughter when she walks the dog every night and
going to the gym with my 14-year-old during his football workouts, would help us remain close. And of course I
do not want to exclude my wife, so I decided that no matter what, we will have a date night every Friday.

Money
I had the Dave Ramsey course on the list of my goals because that is one topic that my wife and I have
discussed from time to time but have never completed the course. I need to take the initiative and start getting
our finances in order so that the arguments over money will be few and far between. Other goals such as paying
30% more on the credit cards and stop using cards will help out immensely since we our son is getting married
in October and heading down to LA debt free without credit cards would be a great victory financially.
