You may call or text me if you need further assistance. My mobile number is
0932 6519200 (Sun). Please place my name, LEO COMIA III, as referrer and
my employee number P24702929 on your application sheet.

The application is a three step process: the Initial Interview, Computer Based
Exam and Competency Based Interview. At every stage you will be given a
specific time and you MUST be at the lobby when you are called for your turn.
Never be late. After each stage, you will be given another schedule or a
regret letter that means you did not pass. Should you not make it, you may
reapply after 3 months.

The initial interview can be in a group. Candidates will have turns to answer
few basic interview questions like: Tell me something about yourself and the
like. This initial phase will gauge your communication and active listening
skills. Be confident, avoid fillers like "uhmm" or "ahh' between sentences,
keep an eye contact to your interviewer, speak very clearly and watch your
grammar. Enunciate your words very properly.

Once you passed the initial exam, you will be endorsed to the 2 Hour online

examinations which are broken down to these:

1st Part : CSR Test (Multiple Choice)

Grammar
Math Questions
Scenario Based Questions
Reading Comprehension
Synonym and Antonym Test
2nd Part : Technical Exam (20 items, Multiple Choice)
3rd Part : Chat Support Exam (Type your answers)
Last Part : Typing Test (35 WPM)

Last will be the final interview, the Competency Based Interview. This is going
to be a more in depth interview where more technical questions will be raised
which can be situational and some role playing may occur. Role plays will
vary depending on which account or LOB you are being profiled for. This
exercise allows interviewers to gauge your ability to engage yourself in
various call scenarios.

DISCLAIMER: These are common job interview questions so they do not only
apply to [24]7 Inc. alone. Here are some that may be asked:

What do you know about [24]7 Inc.?

Background study of the company will be helpful. You can browse

www.247customer.com for reference. Our company promotes balance on
work and personal life, values employee and career growth and has excellent
management style. These are actually some of the pillars of our company
that drive us to success.

How will you handle irate customers?

Allow them to talk first, have them vent out their anger, never interrupt, and
when they are done, sincerely apologize and empathize, assure them that
you are there to address their concerns and fix them the best way you can.
Smile on the phone. Smiling helps your voice to sound friendly, warm, and
receptive.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?

The interviewer is looking to find out a few things with this question. First, are
you the type of person who plans ahead and sets goals? You should be.
Second, do your goals match those of the company and the position? Your
goals need to fit the career path for the job. They don't want to lose you in a
year or two.

Name some instances on your previous work that had negatively impacted
your performance or your employment?

Interviewers watch out for things like AWOL, tardiness, absenteeism,

management issues, co-employee grudges and the like. You want to be
perceived as someone who is diligent on work, abides to company policies,
never or rarely tardy, a team player, and someone the company will expect
good performance with minimal supervision. Highlight your good points. Sell
yourself.

recruiter-blog/what-is-your-biggest-weakness-how-to-answer-in-aninterview.html

Why are you leaving or why did you leave your previous company?

Another loophole that a lot of candidates, novice or tenured, get caught

unaware, that they fail job interviews. Every company wants to make sure
they are not hiring job hoppers or people who are just testing the waters so
to speak. Previous short term employments will be suspect to further scrutiny.
As mentioned above, things like AWOL, tardiness, absenteeism, management
issues, co-employee grudges and the like will be your one way ticket to
failure. Never criticize or belittle your current or previous employer which is
very unprofessional but emphasize the benefits you would gain on the new
company you are applying for. Expound on why career growth and better
opportunities are your reasons for applying.

experienced and explain how you handled it.

For CSR, role plays can vary from: interaction of customer to an agent or a
manager to an employee.
Relax and actively listen to the interviewer and respond promptly and
correctly. To sum it up: confidence, communication skills and positive answers
are your allies for a successful outcome of an interview.

I hope my tips will help. Best of luck to you!Hello Adelfa,
