FOR CSIR NET syllabus is too much but you don't need to

cover complete syllabus. First section is aptitude section and its

easy , u can get decent score. In 3rd section, if u r a CS student ,
then u can attempt all 10 questions from CSE section and 3
question from electronics sec as these 3 questions will be from
digital logic. Try to cover one more subject like
thermodynamics(as it will be easy one) or any other. If u can
solve some questions from this section it will be a plus point.
Remember u have to solve only 20 question from this section
and each question carry 5 marks. If u can good marks in these 2
sections , u can easily cross cut off.
In second section, there will be 10 questions from engineering
maths...and rest from engg basics. Here u can find some
difficulty but don't bother about this section as if u can solve
only few questions it will be enough because there is no
individual cut off.

For UGC NET individual cut off for each sections and first part
about teaching & research aptitude, 2 nd part CS subject
objective type 50 questions , 3 rd part objective type 75
questions , last 2 parts are compulsory , answers hv to give in
OMR sheets , for subjects to study see this http://ugcnet4cs.in/
many subjects are there in syllabus...but question is easy ....
individual cut off also, for part 2 Current Trends and

Technologies are out of gate syllabus ... For part 3 A Computer

Graphics , OOP and Web Technologies , Artificial Intelligence
and for part 3 B other than automata rest 4 subjects out of gate
syllabus .
so for paper 2 if u skip this subject and read rest gate subjects u
can easily clear the cut off .
for paper 3 A leave graphics and AI and from 3 B leave
Operation Research and neural networks , u will clear 50 % cutoff.
