CUBE CARE Manual informs you about our history, philosophy, employment,
practices, policies and benefits. Points of Interest:
(Please initial each box on the right side to state that you will abide by our
Companys policies. and sign below). Any questions regarding your position
direct them to jessica@cubecare.com, she is the department manager.

Termination
All Associates are expected to comply with the rules and regulations of CUBE CARE
COMPANY
and to promptly and efficiently carry out the provisions and instructions of supervisors.
If an Associate feels that any rule, regulation, or direction is unreasonable or unjust, he/she
is
expected to comply with it, but may immediately seek the Manager or the Assistant
Manager
for the purpose of contesting the rule, principle, etc. Should any Associate refuse to comply
with such rule, regulation, or direction, unless it is an unsafe act, he may be subject to
suspension or discharge.
There are 4 disciplinary actions to correct unacceptable performance: informal warning,
written warning, suspension and termination.
If your performance is unsatisfactory you will be notified of the problem. If satisfactory
change
does not occur, you may be dismissed
Employment and compensation with CUBE CARE COMPANY is "at will. Meaning that they
can be terminated with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time, at the
option of either CUBE CARE COMPANY or yourself, except as otherwise provided by law.
Company sensitive information such as your personal salary may not be discussed with any
other employee. This can cause problems between yourself and other employees. We ask
that this be kept confidential. This is grounds for
termination.

Harassment of any sort, words, jokes, pranks, intimidation will not be tolerated. Respect
everyone.

Under no circumstances will you ever disclose your location to a customer, vendor or even
other employees that are not Cube Care administration. These are grounds for immediate
termination.

Cube care has a red carpet policy with customers. We provide above and beyond
excellence in service. Any customer complaints will lead to a possible termination, Cube
Care
will not tolerate any misconduct with clients.
Upon Termination or Resignation, for a period of a minimum of 5 years you may not work
for a
competitor or start a business in the Cubicle Curtain or Window Treatment industry.
In your position you will come across privileged information, maintain privacy at all times.
If it's meant for them to know they will also have access to the information. Let your

Payment is done once a month. Every month on the last week of the month you must email
the Payment Request form filled out with the salary amount to the administrative support

All associates are required to submit a Request for Payment Form before the end of every
month. This form shall include any commissions, bonuses, or payment of any kind due to
you.
Failure to submit this form on time will result in late payment, and/or a warning.
Once payment has been submitted, no revisions are allowed. All payments will be
submitted
via Pay Pal. Cube Care will assume all charges through PayPal to ensure that you receive
full
payment.

Recognized Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day,


Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Vacations: After first year: We provide you 5 days a year for vacation. You can take the days
all at once or one at a time, you must request the time off in advance.

No more than 1 Offsite Employee may be off at any time, so conflicting requests will be
granted on a First come, first served basis. Once a request is received everyone will be
notified via an Outlook Calendar Request.

You can request days off and have them deducted from your vacation.

Independence Day, Labor Day,

Time off: Please request time off with your supervisor. You are required to write an e-mail
with
the request of time off directly to support@cubecare.com. E-mail should have the reason
for
the leave, the date on which you wish the leave to begin and the date on which you will
return to work. Days off without approval would be deducted from the salary.
Susana will provide you a day off on your birthday as a holiday which you must request and
will give you 50 dollars as a gift. From her to you. She appreciates you. Please add this
payment request to your salary under birthday gift for you to be compensated.

The first week of work is considered a working interview we will gauge you on your skills, work
ethic and culture fit. You must successfully pass a 90 day probationary period before you
are considered part of the family and a fulltime associate that will receive benefits.

If you have a second job please notify your manager to make sure that it does not interfere with your job
at CUBE CARE COMPANY.

You are required to work eastern standard time(EST)) 5 days a week Monday through Friday,
the normal work hours starting at 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. From time to time this can change
depending on work volume or department.

You are required to take one (1) hour unpaid lunch period daily.

Maintain a good attitude while working. Honest, taking responsibility, humble.


The better quality of service and good will you promote. You are Cube Care and be proud.
You are the director of first impressions. You are what the customer sees, hears, and you

We love our brand. Insure you do not change fonts, or use our brand in a way that is not in tune with it.

Please communicate with your team and direct supervisor. You may be working alone but you are not by
yourself, you are a part of a team.

You are required to master any software that is part of performing your task. We expect you to become an
expert in your position.

We are going to supervise you through Time proof from onlinejobs.ph website. You will need to sign in to
this app right when you log in every day, and log out when youre done working.

Company Standards

We work the honorary system. If you have a power outages and you cannot work please
call someone so they can notify us, you are still responsible for the work to be completed
as soon as possible.

Company Standards

You will be provided of credentials to log in into a terminal server. You are not allowed to install anything
on it.

Never share passwords with anyone.

Corporate E-mail, SharePoint, voice mail, fax, software, phone system and the property of Cube Care
Company are used for business purposes only.

Always proofread and spell check what goes out to customers. Have pride in your work.

Daily task e-mail is required. Please send it to support@cubecare.com and wecare@cubecare.com.

If you have any change in you personal information please e-mail it to employees@cubecare.com for any
request and/or comments.

You must provide your Skype ID to contact with the main office and supervisor until you are provided
with a phone line.

Company phone lines are for company phone calls only. No international calls allowed. All calls are
recorded for training and quality control.

Always use noise reducing headphones. And keep background noise to a minimum. We
understand you are working from home however we are all professionals, serving other
professionals.
