    Enroll a New Associate on Autoship between July 1, 2013 December 31, 2013
    Enroll a New Associate with a 1, 2, 4 or 8 Case Enrollment Pack and a Business Kit
    After three (3) successful Autoship orders (minimum 100PV), New Associate may recieve 1
    FREE case of ASEA
    Only one (1) FREE bonus case per New Associate
    FREE case may be redeemed by calling Associate Support within 90 days of eligibility
    Preferred Customers are not eligible for this promotion
