Offer of Testimony:
The testimony of the witness is offered to prove the following:

I, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of, Tisa, Cebu City,
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and
state:
1. Q: Please state your name, age, residence and occupation.
A: I ], with the same personal circumstances stated above and a plain
housewife.
2. Q: Do you know the name and address of the lawyer who conducts or
supervises this examination?
A: Yes, I know the name and address of the lawyer who conducts or

3. Q: Are you fully conscious and aware of the fact that whatever answers
you will make in this question and answer are all under oath and you
may face criminal liability for false testimony or perjury?
A: Yes, I do.
4. Q: Are you aware of the case that you are testifying here today?
A: This is a case inform to us by the officers of the Udents of
UPMORA. Maam Luisa Canora is also held as a defendant in this case.
5. Q: What is this case all about?
A: This case is for the Annulment/Nullity of Deed or Documents
executed by Maam Luisa Canora for the sale of land.
6. Q: You are one of the occupants of the said parcel of land subject of the
case?
A: Yes I am.

7. Q: How were you able to acquire this parcel of land?


A: Sometime in 2016, a lot owner and member of named offered his 20
sq. meter lot with house structure of light materials. With the payment
of Php 160,000.00 I assumed his right to the said lot together with the
structures therein and then he executed a Waiver that he waived his
rights in the said lot.
8. Q: Do you have a copy of this Waiver?
A: I have here a copy of the Waiver dated May 8, 2016 and I am
handing this over to you.
9. Q: After you assumed the said parcel of land, what happened next?
A: Then I submitted myself to be a member of UPMORA. I found out
also that Edgardo Montero did not fully paid the consideration of the
said parcel of land to the account of Luisa Canora so I continued the
payment until I fully satisfied the said consideration in the account of
Luisa Canora.
10.Q: Do you have a copy of this Certification?
A: I have here a copy of the Certification executed by the
WEALTHBANK and I am handing this over to you.
11.Q:After you assumed the said parcel of land, what did you do next?
A: I removed the house of Edgardo Montero made of light materials
and constructed a house made of concrete materials , which occupies
more or less the whole area of the land.
12.How much have you spent in constructing the house?
A: All in all, the construction is estimated to be around FOUR
HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND (Php 470,000.00) with the
inclusion of the amount that I paid to and membership fee.
13.Q: Do you have the breakdown of the expenses that you spent for the
construction of the house ?
A: I have here a copy of the breakdown of the expenses executed by me
and I am handing this over to you.

14.Q: How about the receipts of the total cost for the construction of the
house?
A: Unfortunately, the construction of the house was made in staggered
basis. Through the lapse of time, receipts for the materials and labor are
could no longer be found.

15.Q: In alternative, do you have pictures of your house now at present?


A: Yes, I have here a copy of the pictures of my house and I am handing
this over to you.
16.Q: Do you warrant that the documents and pictures attached to this
affidavit are faithful copies or reproductions of the original?
A: Yes.
17.Q: Do you attest and confirm the veracity and truthfulness of this
affidavit and that it is based on your own personal knowledge and
documents in your possession?
A: Yes.
18.Q: Do you have anything else to add?
A: None for now.
