Subject: Revisions to Tentative Agreement

After reviewing the terms set forth in the Tentative Agreement memorandum of agreements we
have come to the conclusion that while we did agree to a good number of the terms, there were
some that were not agreed upon and therefore will not be added. They are as follows:

Employees will be given 10 minute breaks every 4 hours and 1 paid meal (meals
included)
o We agreed to the 10 min breaks and the meals were free put they were not paid
and that was not agreed upon by both sides.
Employees will receive 2 weeks after one year of service, three weeks after four,
additional week for each additional four years of service.
o We had agreed that this was a nonnegotiable demand and that vacation days
would remain as is in the contract:
Continuous Service

Vacation Period

One year, but less that two years

One week

Two years, but less than ten years

Two weeks

Ten years, but less than twenty years

Three weeks

Twenty years, or more

Four weeks

Workers have the ability to strike

o No where in the labor demands does the Zinnia see any concessions to the Article
5. No Strike No Lockout section of the contract therefore workers will still not
have the ability to strike

The negotiations agreed upon by both the management team and the labor team, with the
exception of those mentioned above are as follows:

An outside audit of the companys financials will be conducted on a yearly basis.

Based on this audit, wages will increase up to 5% if the company is financially
able to provide this increase.

Employees will be given 1.5 paid sick days per month. These sick will be given
on a year to year basis and will not roll over into the next year
Work schedules will be posted seven days before the beginning of the new
schedule
Women on maternity leave will receive half pay for a max of 4 weeks postpartum.
Protection will be provided for immigrant workers concerning visas. If any issue
exist with an employees visa while they are employed by the company, the
employee will be able to regain their positions after the issue is settled.
Affordable health insurance will be provided for all full time employees
Dental insurance will be provided by the company.
The company will not provide daycare benefits to employees.
Employees will be given 10 min breaks every 4 hours and 1 unpaid meal (meals
included)
Only employees working 30 or more hours per week will be considered full time
employees
Subcontracting is not allowed.
Management must give employees 30 day notice if the business plans to shut
down.

We will set a beginning date once the Revisions have been noted.
