For years, I have ignored these false and vicious attacks. The Mercer Hotel has a prime
location so all the vendors want that corner. I have never met this woman, nor have I
wanted to. She is dishonest and I believed the truth will come out.
The issue is that there were so many vendors that they blocked the mandated NYC Fire

Department laws for egress. They blocked our standpipes so the Fire department would have
dif[culty accessing them quickly. Her attack regarding veterans is disgraceful and dishonors my
family members who have served to protect our country. Why would a a veteran want to come
home to the U.S., only to squat in SoHo and break NYC laws? What does this say about them?

The Mercer, under the direction and creation by Andre Balazs brought prosperity to an area that was
neglected and forgotten. The Mercer Hotel pays millions in property taxes only to be subjected to
this?
Her allegation that I had the NYPD under my control is outrageous. This woman wasted tax payer
dollars without regard for her self promotion. The NYPD has much more important responsibilities
and her attacks on me should be grounds for legal action. The proof is there on record. Ask Henry
Buell, of the SoHo Alliiance.
For years, I thought that taking the high road was the right approach. Come visit the Mercer and
understand the importance of maintaining free and clear access for paying guests. Andre Balazs
had the vision to create the Mercer in an area where no one believed it would work. Come to SoHo
today.
I am a supporter of the arts, was actively involved as a Board member of the Madison Square Park
Conservancy and was intimately involved in the creation of the NoMad Hotel and the opening of the
ACE Hotel NYC. I do this out of love for my hometown. I am a 3rd generation, working class native
New Yorker and very proud of it.

As I didn't have the time to navigate or understand how she was doing this, any Google search
immediately would bring up her You Tube posts and damage my name and reputation. Something
You Tube allowed.
I believe it is being corrected, but the damage to me personally was done. She is a cyberbully of the
worst variety. Two of her channels are mnkwest and suzannahartist. another is astoria25.
Freedom of Speech is sacred to our nation, but libel and slander are crimes.
There are 4 corners at Prince and Mercer. Why Suzannah did all the vendors have to be in front of
the entrance to the Mercer Kitchen? There were few vendors on the other 3. Street vendors are a
great feature of SoHo and international visitors kock to SoHo. And, generate taxes for our city.
The Mercer is one of the best hotels in the world, beloved by their loyal, repeat guests, and employ a
staff of service professionals who are dedicated to the art of hospitality.
I hope You Tube will correct this and I won't continue to be confronted with YouTube falsehoods
when I conduct Google searches. YouTube needs to have better protocol for reporting abuse. And,
they need to focus as much attention on integrity of content. They have a moral obligation that is
ignored for a

This woman is the biggest crank in New York City.
You don't harass innocent people by calling the police. If the people were doing nothing
wrong, the police would stop responding to the frivolous caller.
