On head counting, avoid persons who are angry, greedy, proud and fearful. Spiritual
development is paramount for internal strength and character of individual, material
pleasures and achievements comes second. Whatever action is taken should be
result oriented.

Karma yoga(work), Dhyana yoga(contemplation) and Bhakti Yoga(faith) need to be

integrated into our lives which would increase the profits made by corporates which
can be converted for the larger good.
