Description

FDM-Fleet Data Management project collecting the aircraft data and process the data.
FDM data is very important to Field Service Engineers. FSE collects those data and
manipulate the current engine and aircraft status. FDM is forecasting the current engine
status whether it will required for run or need to maintain. Many times the engine got
damaged due to many reasons so it required maintains which will be in the shop so that
sop data also maintained by FDM. FSE always ask for TPP reports which is nothing but
the Technical Program Plan, which gives information about engine and aircraft. PFM
application is used for reporting and FSE's used this widely. Proactive Fleet
Management program is Java based very useful tool for FSE to forecast the aircraft
data. PFM contains diagnostic data and all fleet summery data by which FSE can get
the exact idea when the engine will go for the shop visit.

Description

GE Signs Contracts with its customer which are of different durations, from few months
to 15-20 years. The purpose of the contract is to maintain the customer equipment. For
such a long duration of contract, in order to determine the profit Margin, the ICAM Tool
will do the Modelling of the contract. This is a Statistical Modelling tool based on
stochastic approach. ICAM project is being executed to leverage the synergies in GE
Infrastructure business across GE Energy, GE Aviation and GE Transportation. ICAM
2.0 focuses on GE Aviation businesses and the modeling tools used in GE Aviation.
ICAM 2.0 will help the GE Aviation business work on the common contract modeling
