Lime stone crusher dump hopper rail area covered by ms plate with anchor for civil casting.
CM bag filter 800 DC2 hopper end cone repaired.
600DG1 Diverting gate arm tack welded, it now full welding

Kiln Burner platform scrap removed, L stone crusher dump hopper plate anchor welding work.

100 CR1 All bots inspection and checking and cleaning complete.

100FN1 Bearing housing drive end one bolt replaced.

100SX1conveyor head pulley bearing housing all bolts checked

Cement silo bin extraction leakage arresting work on both side complete
Cement silo to Bin extraction chute leakage found arrested by GP2.
AC work at admin building
In the tractor provision of the 2 nos tank fixing arrangement.

Gas analyzer air pipe line welding complete, new line provided.

Burner pipe kept in vertical position and anchor 4 nos provided. Ready for casting.

DPC one bucket replaced, trial take running normal.

Thrust hydraulic pump strainer cleaned. Tested with 30Kg/cm, now set pressure at 15kg/cm

1000BC2 Belt after joint trial taken 30 minutes running, working normal.

Coal crusher discharge chute skirt modified with 500 mm extension to control dust spillage.

100CR1 Crusher dump hopper ms plate anchor fixing and fixed in between rail.

100RVF1 and 200RVF2 chain sprocket checked, found ok.

100CR1 Crusher dump hopper ms plate anchor fixing and fixed in between rail 6 plates fixed.

water drain valve 1/2 inch for main air line at gravity point fitted in coal mill.

Kiln outlet tip casting ms plate( Farma ) fitted on other position and 15 nos anchor welded.

Cooler breaker hammer inspection hammer wear measured original hammer height 180 mm now
average 140 mm almost 40 mm wear observed.

Cooler grate plate row no. 9,11,13 moving plates gap reduced with ss plate welded only on front
side. 3 plate.

Coal mill PC firing and Kiln firing agitator inspection complete no any coating and wear on arms.

500FN11 Manual damper removed.

100CR1 Crusher dump hopper ms plate 8 nos pieces cut and anchor welding continue.

Material shifted-Vibro feeder taken out from the tunnel and kept near the packing plant.( New
duct was fixed)

100 CB3,4,5 head pulley bend pulley, tail pulley bearing housing greasing done.

Main gate no. 1 rectification work complete.

Gate no. 2 work - material shifted near the gate.

Gypsum crusher gap reduced from 55mm to 25mm,

Clinker silo pneumatic gate checked and jam cleared, working ok, all 8 gate
tested.
100BC2 belt joint taken on position, and made ready for joining. Splicing done
at both end.
Preheater 2nd floor Calciner duct thermocouple position changed towards coal
mill side area.
Lime stone hopper MS plate removed from the hopper.
Lime stone apron conveyor 100AC1 bucket bolts tightening work complete.
Structural column dismantling which is laying near the Raw mill store. One
nos. compete.
Housekeeping work near Raw mill store area material shifting to scrap yard

Scrap plate collected 8 mm and 10 mm thickness and preparing for crusher hopper.
Packing plant not running due to Nozzles, cleaning of all nozzles, opening set for fine filling in all
nozzle 26 mm.
Cement Mill running stat at 5.10 pm.
800RF2 hopper jam cleared.

Gypsum hopper jam side door open and closed 2 times.


Cement mill stopped at 12.05 am.
Cement silo bin top flange cover fixed with nut bolts it was loose. One bolt was missing.
main gear box cleaning done.
Lime stone crusher hopper all materials removed.
