IN RE: PETITION FOR THE PROBATE OF THE HOLOGRAPHIC WILL OF

MANDO PAQUIAO,
MELDA PAQUIAO, PETITIONER
COMES NOW, the petitioner through undersigned counsel, and to this
Honorable Court respectfully alleges:
1. That petitioner is a Filipino citizen, residing at No. 4 Taft Avenue, Manila and
the widow of the deceased MANDO PAQUIAO;
2. That on December 1, 1987, MANDO PAQUIAO died in Manila, where he last
resided;
3. That on September 30, 1987 he executed a holographic will in his own
handwriting in English, a language known to him. A copy of said holographic will
is hereto attached as Annex A, as his last will and testament;
4. That said will can be attested to as the handwriting of the testator by Crisha
Pagat, who was her private secretary for a period of 17 years;
5. That the deceased left only two properties namely a lot and house located at
Taft Avenue and an apartment located at Remedios Street, Manila;
6. That he left as his only heirs the herein petitioner as his widow and his son
Casimiro both of whom are residing at No. 4 Taft Avenue, Manila;
7. That the deceased left no debts.
WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that after due notice and
publication this Honorable Court fix the date for the probate of said holographic
will and that letters of administration be issued in favor of the herein petitioner
and thereafter the properties of the deceased be adjudicated in accordance with
the said holographic will.
