Tube Inserts / Ferrules & Plugs

TUBE INSERTS / FERRULES:
Tube Inserts / Ferrules are used to prevent erosion & corrosion problems at
Tube to Tube Sheet Joint equipment such as Heat Exchangers, Boilers,
Condensers etc. Tube Inserts help to minimize costly tube replacements. We
manufacture Tube Inserts in a wide range of metals such as SS, Cu, Ni, Brass,
Inconel and engineering plastics such as Nylon, LDPE, PP etc.
TUBE PLUGS:
Our Tube Plugs offer a low cost, quick and efficient method of sealing leaking
tubes. They are installed easily so the pressure vessel get back on line as fast
as possible. Minimum driving is required to establish a positive seal in seconds.
Tube plugs are also used during coating, storage and transportation.

Flange Spray Shield / Flange Guard

Safety Spray Shields are used to prevent injury to personnel or damage to equipment in the event of a leak
or spray-out of acids, caustics, chlorine and other dangerous liquids at piping connections (such as flanges,
valves, or expansion joints). Our Safety Spray Shields are available in various material such as PTFE,
Polypropylene, PVC, Polyethylene and Stainless Steel. They can also be supplied with a pH indication
patch that indicates the type and extent of leakage.

Ring Joint & Spiral Wound Gaskets

RING JOINT GASKETS:
Ring Type Joint (RTJ) Gaskets are precision machined, metallic sealing rings
suitable for high temperature and high pressure applications. We manufacture
Ring Joint Gaskets in accordance with API-6A and ASME B16.20 specifications.
They are used in a variety of applications with pressures up to 20,000 PSI.

SPIRAL WOUND GASKETS:
Our Spiral Wound Gaskets will seal flanges where temperature, pressure, vibration
and flow rates are beyond the capability of conventional jointing materials. They are
used in flanged joints, heat exchangers, boiler handholes, manholes etc. These
Gaskets consist of an Outer (Centering) Ring, Sealing / Spiral Winding Element and
an Inner Ring. The gaskets are available in a wide range of materials and winding
combinations to suit various applications.

Monolithic Insulation Joints

Monolithic insulation joint is a boltless structure that provides electrical
resistance between the pipeline sections and adjoining structures, thus
improving the effectiveness of the Cathodic Protection System (CP systems).
These joints are used as part of the installations of Crude Oil Underwater
Pipelines, LPG Bullets, Offshore Drilling Pipelines and Cross Country Pipelines.
With the optimization of their characteristics, they improve the cathodic
protection of pipeline with considerable savings in operating and maintenance
costs. Monolithic insulating joints do not require any kind of maintenance.

Pipe Protection End Caps

Protection End Caps protect Steel Pipes and ensure they arrive at their destination
in the same condition that they left in. They protect and cover the ends of pipe
from being damaged in storage, shipping, transit, and before installation.
End Caps keep the inside pipe clean from dirt, debris and animals.
They can last for years because the plastic is UV resistant to
sun and age. Caps can be closed or open end, custom
designed, and fabricated to your specific needs.

Flange Protection Covers

Flange Protectors protect the flanges and especially the sealing area from
getting damaged during storage or transportation. We manufacture Flange
Covers in many different varieties to suit individual requirements.

Bolt & Nut Protection Caps

Bolt & Nut Protection Caps are widely used to permanently prevent
corrosion and mechanical thread damage by covering and sealing industrial
nuts and bolts. These are commonly used on Flanges and other important
Bolt-Nut installations.
These protection caps are available in various materials such as HDPE,
Vinyl, Polyolefin and styles such as Press Fit, Heat Shrinkable, Screw-On
etc. All the caps are weather and UV resistant.

Flange Insulation Gaskets

Flange Insulation Kits are widely used form of minimizing losses due to
corrosion. They can be used to control stray electric currents in piping at
oil, gas, water refining and chemical plants, to increase the effectiveness
of cathodic protection systems and eliminate electrolytic corrosion.
TYPE E - Used for full face protection of both flange faces
TYPE F - Used to fit the raised face surface area of the flanges.
TYPE D - Made to fit the ring grooves on ring type joint (RTJ) flanges.
O-RING Type - Gasket with O-Ring are available in different materials
to maintain constant contact with the flange face.
