Syllabus
Judicial services examinations mainly consists of
subjects like CrPC, CPC, IPC, Indian Evidence Act,
Indian contract act, Transfer of property Act, Law of
Torts, Law of Limitation, Sales of Goods, Hindu and
Mohammedan laws, Law of Registration etc. apart
from the language paper and also one paper to test
the general knowledge of the candidate.
Various states have their own minor act, land laws
etc included in the exam. The examination itself is
not tough rather the competition among the
candidates preparing genuinely for very less
number of vacancies makes it tough. An honest
effort is all that is necessary to crack these exams.
