column. All bond paper sizes referred to are
A4 size papers.
FORMAL REPORT GUIDELINES
The report should be written in an A4 coupon
bond with 1 margin at the edges. Line
spacing should be 1 for text outside tables
and 1 for text inside tables. Font is preferably
Arial and its size is preferably 11. The text
should be left justified. The report should
contain
the following:
title, objectives of the
experiment,
methodology,
results
and
discussion, conclusion, references.

LATE EXERCISES
Late exercises will not be accepted.
MISSED EXERCISES
All make-up exercises will be given only to
students with excused absences. They will
be given at the end of the semester, unless
scheduled earlier.

CLASS POLICIES
1. Classes starts at 2:35pm. Attendance will
be checked at 2:45pm. Instructions will not
be repeated for latecomers.
2. Eating and drinking is allowed inside the
laboratory.
3. All bags must be placed at the sides of
the classroom or under the tables; only
relevant materials must be on top of the
table.
4. Unless informed, all exercises are
individual. Groupings may be formed to
facilitate better learning.
5. Bring the required materials. Borrowing
is
highly
discouraged.
6. Checked exercises will be returned only
before each exam. Deductions will be given
to those with incomplete or lost exercises.
7. Use of electronic devices is prohibited
during lectures/discussions. You may use
the laptops during exercises.
8. Three (3) lates is equivalent to one (1)
unexcused absence. More than three (3)
excused and unexcused absences will earn
you a grade of 5.0 (failing grade) for the
course.
9. If you wish to consult me regarding the
lessons, please notify me beforehand.
10.
Any
form

cheating
in
examinations or any act of dishonesty
in
relation
to studies,
such
as
