What do we do?
FourthLine is a contract and permanent recruitment consultancy specialising in regulated financial services sectors. We build
high performing Audit, Risk, Compliance and Regulatory Change teams for industry and consulting firms.

Alongside our core services, we provide our clients with market intelligence including salary surveys, interviews with highly
experienced experts in major industry challenges and have developed a tool which enables us to identify the top 20% of talent.
This tool (Core Competency Framework) assists us to continuously improve our knowledge of what good looks like in industry
leading professionals. It is based on surveys with over 2,000 clients, analysis of 200 jobs descriptions and detailed interviews
with trusted specialist customers.
