This Green Channel Status will be governed by terms and conditions contained in Correction Slip No. 36 dated
18.12.2012, Correction Slip No. 39 dated 23.01.2013 and Correction Slip No. 40 dated 25.04.2013 DGS&D
Manual available on DGS&D website (www.dgsnd.gov.in).

The Green Channel firms including those granted Green Channel Certificates! Facilities earlier are required to
deposit and irrevocable Bank Guarantee of Rs. 50 Lakhs as security to effect recovery against established
complaint on quality for supply made against supply Order placed under the DGS&D Rate Contract. It shall
be given in favour of "Directorate General of Supplies & Disposals, New Delhi" from any Indian Scheduled or
its affiliated Banks, to be valid for 15 months or 3 months beyond the validity of Green Channel Certificate,
whichever is later.

This Certificate is applicable only for DGS&D Rate Contracts and not for any other purpose.

5.

This Certificate supersedes any Green Channel Status Certificate issued earlier by this office, if any.

6.

This Certificate is valid up to 31.03.2015.
