Agency overview
The NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) is responsible for owning and managing the NSW
Governments social housing assets, and is a statutory body under the Family and Community Services
(FACS) cluster. FACS supports over 800,000 people across NSW to build stronger, more sustainable and
inclusive communities. LAHCs goal is to sustainably manage the Governments social housing assets to
provide more houses for people in need.
Key accountabilities
Manages a range of projects and supports the Asset Systems Analyst in managing large and complex
projects to support LAHC Assets division to meet its business objectives;
Provides support and advice across LAHC relating to use of data to support the successful delivery of
business programs, projects and objectives;
Undertakes research and analysis on IT and business systems and identify options that support the
design, performance and continuous improvement to IT and business systems to support the effective
implementation of the contract and business quality management system;
Undertakes analysis of the performance of key projects and provide advice to the Asset Systems
Analyst and other relevant stakeholders to support decision making;
Supports the Asset Systems Analyst in managing projects designed to review, monitor and improve the
effectiveness of business and IT systems and processes that support maintenance service contracts;
and assists with the development of presentation materials on business and IT systems and the
delivery of training as required;
Provides timely advice and communication to the Asset Systems Analyst regarding project status and
implementation issues; provides advice and support to project team members in undertaking tasks and
implementing project plans as required;
Prepares a range of project related documents as instructed, including status updates, reports, budgets
and discussion papers and supports and assists in the development of project management
methodologies and processes across Assets Division; and
Contributes to the planning of work within the team and co-ordinates with other groups on a project
basis.

Thinking conceptually and making recommendations on systems and processes to support the QA
framework for the corporation; and
Developing an effective network of both internal and external stakeholders to support and facilitate
effective project management and implementation.

Essential requirements
Qualifications, experience and registrations
Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with
demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.

Travel
The role may involve travel both locally and regionally, including overnight travel, as required by the business
and/or directed.
