There is no clipart or fancy decorations, just clear, bold text. The number cards do not fill the whole grid thereby leaving room for the teacher to write important events or assignments on the calendar. Available in English and in Hebrew. Goals/Objectives: Students will keep track of the months, weekdays, dates and Yamim Tovim. They will also mark important assignments or class events. Materials Needed: Large format color printer Color printer 8.5x11 cardstock Velcro or sticky-tack Wet-erase marker (optional) Instructions: 1. Print the Hebrew or English grid 22x28. Laminate. 2. Print the corresponding calendar pieces in color on 8.5x11 cardstock. 3. Cut out and laminate all pieces. 4. Attach the pieces each month using Velcro or sticky-tack. 5. Important assignments, tests or class events can be written on the calendar using a wet-erase marker. Use a damp cloth or wipe to erase the writing at the end of the month.
