Job Description

Implement and Maintain Network Cisco Switch/Router and Access Point, Fortigate
/PaloAlto Firewall, TCP/IP & Wireless Connection.
Create network topology design and keep related documentation up to date.
Install and support of network communications including LAN/WAN systems, T1, SIP
, and VOIP systems.
Upgrade network equipment and all system to latest stable firmware/patch release
s.
Monitor data/voice traffic and controls network/voice resource performance to en
sure high quality transmission and call quality and report to management team in
regular basis.
Ensure that network performance, recovery, and security meet service agreement s
tandards.
Investigate, diagnoses and troubleshoot network related problems. Monitors the n
etwork for problem conditions, implements network troubleshooting procedures to
isolate specific problem source and take corrective action.
Initiate, updates, tracks and closes change and problem tickets.
Actively research IP networks for areas of potential problems and implements qua
lity improvements.
Establish and maintains relationships with various stakeholders including develo
pers, end-users, vendors and solution providers.
Advises and informs internal and external stakeholders on networking topics.
Consults with and coordinates activities of external service providers.
Manage and maintain IP core router, distribution network and access network leve
l.
Communicate and facilitate with other department.
Day to day technical operation activities and support to users.
Receive, document and record all incidents notification in system.
Ensure whole network quality, healthy, security and high performance.
Monitor and maintain service availability for network operation.
Restore service as quickly as possible to minimize impact.
Other task as assign from time to time by manager.

Master's degree in information systems or engineering.

Network security management skills.
Fluent in English both spoken and written is mandatory. Fluency in Khmer a must.
3 years equivalent work experience in a position related to network design for la
rge companies.
Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, etc.) are recommended.
At least 3 years experience in a VMware virtualization environment working with V
Mware, vSphere, vCloud Center, vCloud Automation Center.
Knowledgeable on and/or any experience with VMware vCloud Suite, VMware Site Rec
overy Manager (SRM), VMware vCenter Operation Management Suite (vCOPS),or VMware
vCenter Orchestrator is preferable.
Good understanding of storage (such as SAN, DAS, NFS, iSSCSI and FC) technologie
s.
Knowledge of TCP/IP communications and how common protocols and applications wor
k at the network level, including DNS, HTTP, and SMB/CIFS.
Solid understanding of computer network fundamentals including address resolutio
n protocol (ARP), routing, network address translation, virtual private networks
, and the OSI model.
Must be self-starter, able to work independently and deliver according to expect
ation.
Willing to learn, self-improve and Can do attitude.
Availability for third level 24 x 7 On-Call Support.
