What things influenced you to become a missionary? Your own story in some detail might
be influential in leading others into fulltime service (use back of sheet for more space)?
Contact v;ith students at Pacific Bible Seminary influenced me
to consider attending Bible college end dedicating my life to some
phase of specialized Christian work. The foreign mission field was
always in my mind as a possible means of fulTilling this commitment.
Other types of service also challenged me, such as Christian journalism
(I had always wanted to be a writer) and Christian education. I wanted
to get as much education as I could before making a final decision.
However, engagement to Tracy Wilhoit and subsequent nErriage hastened
this decision, to my satisfaction, so that now my plans are united with
his toward Barbados.
Describe briefly in outline form the nature of your daily duties on the field.
Will be working with Tracy, doing all his secretarial work, filing,
and other paper vjork; helping set up a Christian education program,
teaching, calling, working in summer with camps and vacation Bible
