The Tyrone Dunn Experiment is a 7-piece dance band
Warren County specializing in soul, R&B and funk music. The group, fronted by
the dynamic presence of Tyrone Dunn on vocals, brings non-stop
Judge-Executive energy and excitement wherever they play.
Playing tightly performed renditions of classics from Stevie
Wonder and Marvin Gaye to current hits by artists such as John

This exciting Rock/Pop/Country cover band has been entertaining the mid-south since
1994. Founding members Dana Hester and Joe Meany formed the band with the idea
of giving their audience and band mates a great time. Drummer Barry Gresham joined
the fun in 1995, with bassist Charles Emberton common on board in 1996. Two years
later, guitarist/songwriter Ron Ramsey, Jr, was added to the line-up. The key
ingredient to the band’s versatility is the fact that the five guys share the singing
spotlight, each with a different vocal style. Join them July 16 at 7:30 in Circus Square.

“ I started singing and writing songs at a very young
age and soon realized traditional country is where my
heart lies.” Erica Nicole is a 20-year-old singer/
songwriter from Bowling Green. Her music is
influenced by such artists at Jennifer Nettles of
Sugarland, Gretchen Wilson and Miranda Lambert.
She was a CMT Rising Star vocalist finalist and
winner of the first annual Southern Kentucky Star
Search. She has been a guest on several country
jamborees throughout Kentucky and Indiana and has
opened for Clay Underwood, Marty Brown and Josh
Thompson. Her first album “Erica Nicole”, was
released in December 2008 and included seven of
her own songs. She will soon release her second
album which will include new songs she has written and co-written. Erica and
her band , Erica Nicole & Hwy 231 look forward to putting a little more country
back in Bowling Green. Join her at noon, June 23 in Fountain Square Park.

202nd Army Band

The 202nd Army Band was formed during World War II in Lexington, Ky., with a
total strength of seven people. Today, with more than 40 people, the band is one of
the most exciting opportunities in the guard. The band has been stationed in high
school gymnasiums and aircraft hangars. Today, it enjoys the use of a modern
rehearsal facility in Frankfort, Ky.
As one of the best bands in the military, this group has performed both nationally
and internationally. Brass bands are exciting. They fill the air with enthusiasm and a
wonderful full sound.
Their most shining moment was when the band played for the Ambassador of
Chile. Their most requested song is ``Washington Post March.’’
“Our musicians come from all walks of life. We have school teachers, factory workers and attorneys.” Join us at noon in Fountain Square Park
