NOTIFICATION
Consequent upon the promulgation of amended Motor

Vehicle Rules, 1969 issued vide gazette notification of even number dated 15-07-2016

with regard to Vehicle Inspection and lssuance of Fitness Certificates, M/S OPUS
Inspection (Pvt.) Ltd. is hereby authorized to start operations of inspection of transport
vehicles at designated Vehicle lnspection and Certification System (VICS) Stations

in

District Sheikhupura and issue Fitness Certificates with immediate effect at the prescribed

rates as notified by the Government. Motor Vehicle Examiner (MVE) Office,

Sheikhupura shall cease to issue Fitness Certificates to transport vehicles from the date
of such authorization to M/S OPUS Inspection (Pvt.) Ltd
