Senior Executive, Marketing


The onus of presenting the campus with a memorable Antaragni lies with the marketing cell.
As a Marketing Senior Executive, what awaits you is a holistic learning experience of
Antaragni in general and Marketing in particular. You will be thoroughly oriented and
constantly guided by the core team of Antaragni16.
Marketing Senior Executives shall be responsible for the following:
Procuring sponsors for Antaragni16.
Attending meetings with high-profile clients and presenting them a lucrative
marketing plan.
Looking after the branding of the sponsors online and on-ground.
Finalising the clauses of various MoUs (Memorandum of Understanding) and
ensuring it is being honoured from either parties.
To ensure proper hospitality of the representatives of the sponsors during the
festival.
Coming up with new and feasible branding ideas and make attractive proposals for
sponsors.
To ensure that all the post fest materials that need to be sent to the sponsors are
dispatched in time.

Manager, Nationals
The managers of Nationals will be responsible for smooth conduction of competitions in
various cities across the nation. For this, he/she shall be responsible for:
Logistics and Operations: contacting various colleges in the region and finalising
venue and other logistical requirements like tech rider, stage, sound, instruments,
lights, etc
Regional Marketing: exploring regional market for sponsorship (goodies, prizes, etc)
Media & Publicity: media marketing, creative content and publicity
Judges: ensuring judges for various competitions in coordination with competitions
coordinator
Participation: managers shall work in coordination with the hospitality team to ensure
quality participation.

Manager, Hospitality & Transport


Hospitality forms the backbone of the festival. The managers shall be responsible for all
aspects of the festival related to the participants. They will be responsible for
Inviting various colleges to our festival and hence ensuring good, quality participation
in all the events and competitions.
Registration formalities of all the participants.
Hospitality of the participants during the festival.
The Manager shall also be responsible for transport of the participants and shuttle
service in the campus.

Manager, Prodigy
The managers of Prodigy will be responsible for smooth conduction of competitions for
school students in various cities across the nation. For this, he/she shall be responsible for:
Logistics and Operations: Finalizing venue and other logistical requirements.
Media & Publicity: media marketing, creative content and publicity
Judges: ensuring judges for various competitions in coordination to be conducted.
Participants: shall ensure participation from numerous schools across the nation.

Manager, Competitions and Events

The managers shall be the overall in-charge of all aspects of the particular event or
competition.
They shall be responsible for conceptualizing new and innovative addition or
modifications to event or competitions.
They shall work in coordination with the nationals and hospitality team to ensure
quality participation from across the country.
They shall be responsible for contacting judges/quizmasters/jam masters etc and to
take care of their hospitality.
They shall be responsible for associating with various organizations to provide
lucrative Dream On deals for participants.
They shall coordinate with the Show Management team to ensure that all equipment
and
venue
requirements
are
met
during
the
festival.

Manager, Synchronicity
Synchronicity is one of the biggest collegiate rock festival organised by Antaragni and
comprises of both professional night and semi-professional western rock band competition.
The manager(s) of Synchronicity shall be responsible for the conduction of the final pronight of Synchronicity and the competition. With regard to the final night, the manager(s)
shall be responsible for
Contacting the professional headliner band and their hospitality
Managing the final night (tech rider, sound check, equipments, etc )
With regard to the competition, they will be responsible for organising synchronicity road trip
across various cities, national elimination round and the final round. They shall be
responsible for
Logistics and Operations: contacting various colleges in the region and finalising
venue and other logistical requirements like tech rider, stage, sound, instruments,
lights, etc
National and Regional Marketing: exploring national and regional market for
sponsorship (goodies, prizes, etc)
Media & Publicity: media marketing, content and publicity at both regional and
national level
Judges: Ensuring quality judges and their hospitality.

Senior Executive, Social Initiative


Senior Executives will be responsible for the overall social campaign(s) of Antaragni16.This
includes planning of the events, ensuring logistical requirements for the organization of the
events, thinking of innovative ways to spread the message of the campaign and encourage
volunteer participation, integration of competitions and social campaign, etc.

Senior Executive, Finance


Finance senior executives shall be responsible for the following:

Assisting Head, Finance in all financial matters pertaining to the festival.


Maintaining financial records of the ongoing monitory processes
Ensuring distribution of merchandise (Tshirts etc) during and before the festival.

Manager, Media Marketing


The responsibilities of the manager will include:

Contacting media houses and entertainment channels.


Looking after the branding of the media companies online and on-ground.
Finalizing the clauses of various MoUs (Memorandum of Understanding) and
ensuring it being honoured from either party.
To ensure proper hospitality of the representatives of the media companies during
the festival.

Manager, Content and Creatives


The responsibilities of the manager will include:

Creating content for social and print media for the promotion of the festival.
Writing Blogs for the promotion of the festival.
Making promotional videos for Antaragni'16.
To create Buzz about Pre-Fest activities.

Manager, Publicity
The responsibilities of the manager will include:

Management of online and offline publicity campaign.


Management of the video coverage during the festival.
Management of the video coverage during Road Trip.
Provide innovative ideas to promote social initiative.

Senior Executive, Public Relations


Public Relations cell is the face of the festival for professional artists and respected
dignitaries. It is responsible for the success of Professional Shows, International Carnival,
Kavi Sammelan, Classical Night, India Haat, Directors Cut, India Inspired, talks,
workshops and exhibitions. The work in Public Relations cell reflects in the glory of the
festival.
The Senior Executives shall be responsible for
Inviting renowned personalities from different fields to add to boost the celebrity
quotient of the festival.
Ensuring smooth conduction of the professional events.

Senior Executives, Show Management


Show management executives will be responsible for the following:

Assisting Head, Show Management in finalizing the venues and spatial arrangement
of Antaragni16.
Ensuring smooth conduction of all events and professional events by ensuring all
logistical requirements like tech rider, stage, sound, instruments, lights, etc
Booking of venues for accommodation, conduction of events, etc.

Senior Executives, Creative Cell

Members of Creative Cell will be the brain trust to create the exquisite ambience of
the festival.
From ideation to execution of the theme of Antaragni16
Increasing the creative quotient of the decor during the festival

Senior Executive, Design


Design Senior Executives will directly work under the Head, Designs and shall be
responsible to:
Properly incorporate the theme and assist Head, Design in creating content for social
media outlets, media articles, and publicity materials, etc.
Help different cells to meet their design requirements like T-shirts, websites, posters,
etc.
