Miles Arnone

Profile 1:
Miles Arnone is a resident of 46 South Main Street, Sherborn, MA. When he
was working at American Capital Strategies, he first became their Principal
and Vice Principal of Operations. Afterwards, he became their Managing
Director of the Operations and Technology Group. His former post was
located at Bethesda, MD while the latter is in Framingham, MA.
Profile 2:
Miles Arnone of Massachusetts has written several papers which were
published later on. His first publication was back in 1998 with Cincinnatis
HanserGardner Publications. It was titled High Performance Machining. His
second publication was called Americas Trading Partners: The Good, the
Bad, and the Ugly.
Profile 3:
As of the moment, Miles Arnone has approximately 175 US and Foreign
Patents which were issued and are now pending. Beforehand, he has already
two publications. In 1998 he wrote High Performance Machining with the
Hanser-Gardner Press. Six years later, he then went on to write Americas
Trading Partners: the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.
Profile 4:
Some of Miles Arnones off-work interests include travelling the world, ice
hockey, fitness, reading, inventing, cooking breakfast, watching movies, and
Carcassonne. He enjoys to go on adventures with his life partner and wife,
Lisa. She is a Canadian. The both of them are blessed with beautiful kids as
well.
Profile 5:
In Colorado is a 6-location $10MM craft beer and pizza restaurant chain
which was co-founded by Miles Arnone. Apart from being a businessman, he
is also an educator. Miles is a guest lecturer at Boston College Carroll School
of Management. He mainly talks about business ethics and private equity.

Miles Arnone went to college in Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He
attended the university from the years 1987 to 1991. When he graduated, he
got his degree Mechanical Engineering. Despite garnering an impressive GPA
(4.8/5.0), he still had time to socialize with his peers and participate in extracurricular activities.
Profile 7:
Miles had a very impressive run at MIT. He started university in the year
1987. He chose Mechanical Engineering as his major. Miles Arnone also

decided to take up Labor Economics as his concentration. In his 5 years with


the school, he became the captain of the varsity ice hockey team and the
President of the Interfraternity Council.
Profile 8:
After graduating from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Miles Arnone immediately
started working on becoming a Fellow in the Leaders for Manufacturing
Program in the very same school. Also in just a span of two years, he was
able to earn an MS in Engineering and Management.
Profile 9:
When Miles Arnone was trying to get his Masters Degree in both Engineering
and Management from 1991 to 1993 in the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology, he joined the 1992 MIT $10K Entrepreneurial Contest. He was
able to nab the first prize. Once he finished his studies, he immediately went
on to become the Vice President General Manager of Mule Automation
System.
Profile 10:
Miles Arnone immediately became one of the heads of his first place of
employment right after finishing his MS in Engineering and Management.
Starting from June 1993 up to July 1995, he was the Vice President General
Manager of Mule Automation System. This was to be expected since his
average GPA was an impressive 4.8/5.0
Profile 11:
During his time as the Vice President General Manager of Mule Automation
System, Miles Arnone handled the management of the design and production
of revolutionary PC-based machine tool control systems. It also included the
development of innovative man-machine interaction and machine-business
system connectivity.
Profile 12:
When Miles Arnone left Mule Automation System, he then moved on to
become the Vice President of Operations in his new company, Boston Digital
Corporation. He spent 4 years all in all with them. During his last three years
with the firm, he was already their President and COO.
Profile 13:
Bostomatic Corporation is in Milfrod, MA. Miles Arnone was their President
starting from January 1999 up to January 2001. His efforts in the company
led to the implementation of support systems for entry into European and
Asian markets which lead to a 43% increase in sales exports.
Profile 14:

Before working with American Capital Strategies, Miles Arnone was employed
as a high-ranking officer in numerous companies all over the United States.
He was able to make his mark in Camarillo CA, Muskegon MI, New York NY,
Bethesda MD, and of course his very own home in Massachusetts.
Profile 15:
Miles Arnone was the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Charterhouse Group
International. He spent nearly one year there. Afterwards, he then became
the Vice President of Operations of American Capital Strategies, which is
located in Bethesda, MD. After two years, he then became the companys
Principal of Operations.
Profile 16:
From October 2001 to September 2002, Miles Arnone was the Chief
Executive Officer of Campbell Grinder Company. His main contribution there
was its restructuring so that the $12MM and growing company would
improve its profitability and revive its overall cash flow.
Profile 17:
Miles Arnones last place of employment was at American Capital Strategies,
which is located in Framinghan, MA. He spent eleven years there as its
Managing Director of Operations, Technology Group. He managed thirteen
professionals who were part of sixteen investments across a wide range of
industries.
