Kuldeep at your office in Chandigarh regarding my express entry

case.
As you are aware that we have deposited Rs. 5 Lac on 19-11-2015
for this case in continuation of our contract signed in January
2015 with initial payment of Rs. 75000. Now you are requested to
update us with the latest status of my case as your husband Mr.
Randeep is not traceable to us. Prevously Mr. Randeep had
assured us that case is in process of completion and you have
arranged LMIA for me.
Later on after Mr. Randeep is not contactable, Mr. Darshan Singh
assured us that we will receive a call from you or your husband.
But till date no reply is received. We are ready with second
instalment.
