Client Letter 1

Dear Students,
Doggie Daycare needs your help! We have 5 daycares in town, but some places are
not doing too well.
We have a lot of customers but we are not making much profit in some stores. We
need to decide how much more to charge for the boarding and grooming they receive
when staying with us in order to make a profit. With your help, we can reach our $200
profit goal without losing customers.
We also need to decide which store to close. Please use the data table to help us
make some important decisions. Remember to use the new prices for the services you
decide to charge more for in making your decisions.
We look forward to your recommendations and hear the process you chose in order to
make your decision.
Thanks for your help,
Doggie Daycare

Client Letter 2
Dear Students,
You did such a great job and I need your help, again. I was upset to have to close one
of my stores, but it seemed unavoidable. However, changing actually helped me make
a much better profit!
So it turns out that the owners of the shopping center where Store #1 was located has
been sold to a new owner who is going to make the whole shopping center into a

storage center. Since business is going so great in the other stores, I dont want to let
any of my great employees go!
I need help in deciding which of my other stores that I should expand so I have
included the new sales data for you to look at. I have also had the manager of each
store write a little bit about their stores so you can have more information.
Please write me back with your new advice and be sure to include the process of
determining the solution. Also, if you have to make any changes to your process,
explain it in a paragraph.
Thanks again for all your help!

I am sad to our store close as things were turning around but we cant control the
