GENERAL

FEATURES

EURO-flow AF21, is a selfpolishing long life antifouling based

on a vinyl copolymer and cuprous
oxide.

Contains high levels of cuprous

oxide.

Good
performance
when
exposed to the atmosphere.

Provides long-life protection

against fouling even under severe
fouling conditions.

The hull drag resistance is

reduced and fuel consumption is
reduced.

Application guide
SURFACE PREPARATION
EURO-flow AF21, is designed for application on a clean and dry primer or intact self-polishing antifouling.
Contaminations on the surface should be removed by high pressure fresh water cleaning.
Contact your local Euronavy agent, for recommendations.

MIXING AND THINNING

Stir well EURO-flow AF21, before application.

Thinning is not normally required or desired, however, at extreme environmental conditions, SMALL amounts (5% or less), of the
solvents on the reverse page can be added depending on local VOC and air quantity regulations.

APPLICATION
EURO-flow AF21, can be applied by airless: Tip: 21 - 26 thou. Outlet Pressure: 176 - 200Kg/cm2 (2640 - 2857 psi)

Film thickness control is CRITICAL. Service life is a direct function of film thickness.

SAFETY
WARNING: Cause eye and skin irritation. The solvents may cause respiratory irritation in sensitive individuals. May cause allergic
skin reaction. Avoid breathing the solvents. Do not get in eyes on skin or clothing. ear eye and skin protective equipment. Use
appropriate respirator, it is recommended to avoid potential respiratory irritation. Wash skin thoroughly after use and water. Call a
physician. Launder clothing before reuse. If not breathing gives artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth, and call physician.
FIRST AID: In case of eye contact immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes while removing contaminated
clothing and shoes. Wash skin contact area with soap.
