REGISTRATION OF TITLE TO LAND, CASE
NO. LRC-LP-18-0098
Sir/Madam:
We write in relation to the Application for Registration of Title to Land by CK-BA
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (CBDC), represented herein by CAREN KAYADOLFO
over a parcel of land located at Brgy. Almanza Dos, Las Pias City, described in Tax Declaration
No. E-008-12345 consisting of an area of Three Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Three (3,583)
square meters.
In relation to the application, the petitioner CBDC, was directed by the Regional Trial
Court Branch 255, Las Pias City in reference to Order dated January 12, 2016, to submit
necessary certifications as requirements. With this, we would like to request from your good
office the following:
a.

Certification of land classification status issued by the CENRO and/or PENRO as

approved by your good office, that the subject land is alienable and disposable and
that the same falls within the approved area per verification of through survey by the
PENRO or CENRO;

b. A copy of the original classification of the land into alienable and disposable as
declared by your good office or as proclaimed by the President of the Republic of the
Philippines.
Attached herein is the copy of the Order issued by the Honorable Court for your
reference.
