According to A. Lucero written in an article from The Philippine Star by C. Alano entitled
Top Water Tipid Tips he stated;
We can avoid the possibility of yet another water crisis by making some small
adjustments in the way we consume water, a precious but finite resource. Saving water
will significantly slash our water bill and also make sure that every household will have
access to this vital resource. (April 2014)

Reduce water wastage by using only the amount you need. Reuse what you can for
other purposes such as using laundry water to clean your cars or floors or in flushing
