Some people perceive science as a miracle problem-solver.

It is placed on a high,
unquestionable pedestal. Science has opened up the possibility of cloning copies
of animals and plants. However, moral issues such as human beings ad God,
unnatural reproductive process and lesser genetic diversity, involve in cloning.
Scientific breakthroughs also end up in the production lines of factories.
However, the problem-solving process has no end in view. Genetically modified
foods may help to boost the yield of crops and tackle the problem of hunger, but
other problems such as safety, allergic reaction, hazards to the environment also
occur. Science and technology may bring wealth, but may destroy the
environment. While science has brought modern diseases, it turns the new drugs
to remedy the situation.
