Sequence of Operation

Electric Motor Switches ON.

PLC operation starts

Solenoid S1,S5,S6 switches ON

Pressure switch PS1 switches ON while sensing 100bar.
Then S5 switched OFF.
After activation of PS2, S1 switches off and with time
delay S2 switches ON(S5 switches off).
With S2 switching ON, S5 also switches ON and with X
sec timer S2 switches off.
Simultaneously S1 switches ON.
When L2 gets active, S1 Switches OFF and S2 switches
on for Y sec and S2 switches OFF
S3 switches ON.
With activation of L4, S3 switches OFF and S4 switches
ON.
And again with activation of L3, S4 switches OFF and
S2 switches ON
With activation of L1- S2,S5,S6 switches OFF and one
cycle shall be completed.
Electric Motor : 40HP
All Solenoids are 240volts AC operated.
Mounting shall be of Box type.
