Acknowledgement

The practical knowledge along with the theoretical knowledge is very essential for
business students. The internship program in our academic course has helped us to
develop our skill, ability and confidence. I am very much pleased to have the privilege of
conducting my internship program in Bank of Asia Nepal Limited, Biratnagar Branch.
This report is the joint effort and co-operation extended by many people and the bank
employees. I take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to all those, without
whose support this report wouldnt have been completed.
I would like to express my deep sense of gratitude to Mr. Dinesh Raj Subedi, Campus
Chief of Management Campus, Purbanchal University for introducing this internship
program as part of our academic course. I would like to extend my special thanks to our
teacher Mr. Ganesh Pd. Neupane and Mr. Sadaya Hamal for providing their valuable
suggestion, necessary instruction and guidance for preparing this internship report.
I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation towards BOA Biratnagar Branch for
providing the golden opportunity to learn about the banking operation practically. I would
like to extend my deep sense of gratitude to the Branch Manager of BOA, Biratnagar
Branch, Mr.Santosh Kr. Rathi. I am also grateful to the staffs of BOA, Biratnagar Branch;
Mr. Vishal Agrawal, Mrs. Rupa Shrestha, Mr. Amrit Adhikari and Ms. Srijana Niraula for
