Should have deep knowledge of Microsoft Windows technologies.

Experience in developing reusable components and libraries.

Must have knowledge of all phases of the SDLC

Essential Functions
Maintain the current Voice platform which contains a number of platform
level service, a VoiceXML interpreter and testing tools
Design and develop enhancements to this product. The enhancements will
include integrating with multiple telephony hardware providers and voice
recognition software
Work with multiple product teams to make sure the platform meets the
requirements of the core services

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

An interest to design and develop very reliable software systems
Strong, hands on experience developing software using the C++
programming language on the Microsoft Windows Platform
Strong, hands on experience using XML parsers
Strong, hands on experience interfacing to JavaScript engines, like Mozillas
SpiderMonkey
Strong, hands on experience using http-clients like cURL and Microsofts
serverXmlHttp
Understanding for Telephony services, these include managing media
services and switching services (specially using SIP and/or SS7-ISUP)
A understanding of VoiceXML and voice grammars is a plus

Big Data Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Selecting and integrating any Big Data tools and frameworks required to
provide requested capabilities

Implementing ETL process
