General
In charge of developing new members before they can participate in
SCG, Case Competitions or Consulting Interview Prep

Responsibilities
& Goals

2-4 Hours per week developing content.


1-2 hours per week delivering content (in person, webinars,
recordings)

Develop lesson plans, in conjunction with Departments, for


onboarding SCG (engagement training), Case Comps (Team
Work Strategies) and Consulting Interview Prep (Cases,
Resumes, Interviews)
Deliver training on a scheduled basis
Manage annual external led / alumni led workshops (Case
Weekend, Resume Workshop, Behavioural Workshop)

term road map(2-4 year outlook) for this role

Support Department Heads by taking responsibility for putting


on internal workshops
Arranging alumni/external led workshops with VP Marketing
Support Treasurer by inputting costs(Gift Cards for
External/Alumni).
