aspects of the neighborhood and the demonstration of understanding of different culture and perspective of
other individuals. The article also focuses on the wintergreen performing arts which apparently pertaining to
the performing arts and its effects on the individual. The article also illustrates different outreach
communities and programs that helps people.

This introductory topic or rather a phrase illustrates the different performance that involve different
perspectives. The main topic was about showing what the community can do, they add performances and do
extreme changes to prove that they can stretch further in terms of creating different perspectives. It was
apparent that this is happening right now. This helped me by educating me and making me aware of the pros
and cons of the topic. It was understood that this topic creates and emerge from a restricted and limited are of
art so people wanted to move further to develop and gain new perspective that changes the lives of the many.

This phrase uses different perspective of life and changes in the development of the human being. It was
apparent that the phrase was about the changes of the music and life. It was rather intertwined with different
effects of the environment. There is different perspective beyond the creations of hope and life. This phrase
helps me understand different creation of performances and success. There are different goals in life. The
article showcases different aspects and goals of people it was difficult to acknowledge facts that are not
entirely seen or felt however with the purpose of the text it sends message of how to change certain things in
the society and economy. The article wanted to convey different message of life.

How can we use music to engage more citizens in civic affairs generally, and in
land use decisions specifically, which will allow citizens to feel empowered and

This quotation clearly explains how the use of dialogue and performances engages people and serves as a
message. It was apparent to how it entails civic right and social affairs to people. It is clear that there are
many ways to how the society wanted to change the minds set of people through the creation of performance
and dialogue. In this part of the text, the author is explaining the importance of the dialogue and the
performances. It is apparent that the decisions they made changes the ways and the perspective of people.
The quotation helps me identify certain issues that needs to be addressed and what type of persuasion was
needed to help solve this issue. It is an overwhelming creation and success to create and show greatness in
the world.
