Modified Guidelines for Registration


B.Tech Even SEMESTER of A.Y.2015 16
1. Registration for Even Semester B.Tech. is on 21st December, 2015.
2. Any student will be allowed for registration only after clearing all the
previous & present dues. Registration card will be issued only after
clearing all the dues.
3. Students have to do their Registration personally.
4. Students can generate their challan by entering his/her regd.no in the
url: http://www.kluniversity.in/challans/default.aspx.
5. Mode of payment of fee: Online through SBH Collect or by Challan
a. Take a printout of the challan and walk to any nearest State Bank
of Hyderabad (SBH) Branch and Pay the amount. Submit the
University copy at the time of Registration.

b. Students can pay through Online through SBH Collect as
mentioned below without going to any branch for Payment.
c. Go to www.onlinesbh.com from Google.
d. Then go to State Bank Collect.
e. Enter into category and select Tuition Fee only.
f. Fill up all the columns (which are compulsory).
g. Payment mode preferably Net Banking (any bank a/c transfers),
ATM card(Debit

card) all credit cards (bank charges applicable).

h. Take the printout of the receipt.


i. Under any circumstances students are not supposed to pay less
than the fees demanded.

Part payment is not accepted. Because

at the time of Registration the part payments will not be


considered for Registration.
j. For the students who were availing Educational loan insist the
issuing Bankers to take out a DD favoring K L University payable
at Vijayawada together with Bankers loan sanctioning letter
(which is compulsory) and submit the same to the Registration
department without fail.
k. NEFT/RTGS remittances are not allowed.

6. Priority number/Token Number for each student will be generated


randomly by the computer. Students will be called for registration based
on their priority number/Token Number.
7. The following are the guidelines for registration:
i. It is mandatory that every student should come with ID card
for Registration.
ii. Collect the registration card from Registration Advisor (RA)
by submitting the Tuition fee payment receipt. Details

of

Registration Advisor (RA), location of registration and the


time

of

the

registration

will

be

displayed

on

http://kluniversity.in/.
iii. Select the section/course and faculty (depending on the
availability) online.
iv. After duly filling and signing the registration card, submit at
the counter of the registration counselor.
v. Registration

will

be

done

only

as

per

the

priority

number/Token Number.
vi. Registration is allowed in the specified time only. Registration
will not be permitted before or after the specified time.
vii. Registration is mandatory and only registered students will
be allowed to attend the classes and be given attendance.
The base date for attendance is the date of commencement
of class work.
viii. Students are required to visit http://kluniversity.in/ very
frequently for further information/Updates.
