Sir,
Reference above, this is for your information that the undersigned has received the
aforesaid letter on 18th August, 2016; wherein it has been mentioned that the
undersigned has to be deposit an amount of Rs 700/- including Rs 100/- (as short
fall of renewal fees) as a penalty for renewal of Fire Works Selling License due to
late submission of the same i.e. after 29.02.2016.
It is however for your reference that the undersigned had already paid the requisite
amount of Rs 500/- through SBI Challan dated 24.02.2016i.e. within the stipulated
date of 29.02.2016.
Therefore it comes as astonishment to the undersigned as to why he has to pay the
amount of Rs 700/- as penalty for renewal of Fire Works Selling License, when he
had already paid the requisite amount within the stipulated time I,e within
29.2.2016. ( as per your requirement)
Nonetheless you are requested to let me know the amount payable and also if
however there is any change with regard to the amount payable by the undersigned
for Renewal of Fire Works Selling License, the undersigned should be notified vide
proper authority and medium, and the same would be paid by the undersigned
within a reasonable period of time.
