INSTRUCTIONS
1.

All the required particulars should be carefully filled in by the applicant. The office will not
be responsible for any delay in case the form is not complete in all respects.

2.

Fees for Migrations Certificate are as below:i)

For those who have passed Middle/Matriculation/Higher/Senior
Secondary Certificate Examination

For those who have lost their original Migration Certivicate and
require another one

Migration fee is not refundable in any case.

4.

The certificate will ordinary issued within a fortnight of the receipt. Both of the application
form and the fee provided that the application form is complete in all respects. No person is
entitled to apply on behalf of another person or to receive his own or another persons
certificate personally from the office. The certificate will always be sent per Registered
Post.

5.

Under the rule Migration Certificate can be issued to those candidat,s who have passed
Middle/ Matrc/ Higher/ Senior Secondary Certificate Examination trom this Board. Middle/
Matric/ Higher/Senior Secondary failed students should not therefore Apply for Migration
Certificate.

6.

In all correspondence with the Board till the receipt of Migration Certificate, Name, Father's
Name, Particulars of last examination passed, and the Board Receipt No. and date of the
Migration fee must be quoted.

7.

Send fee by Bank Draft as far as possible to avoid delay, if however, the fee is sent by
money order, form should be submitted after having received back the M.O. acknowledge
receipt and filling in the Board Receipt No. (written on the back of the postal coupon) in the
column provided.

Note: Migration Certificate to the students who have taken any examination from this Board will
be issued after the declaration of their results.
