Salar
Knockma Hood
Designed by Adina Logsdon

Knockma is believed to be an enchanted woods and

home of the legendary Fairy Fortress in the County of
Kerry, Ireland. Its scenic moss-covered rocks and trees
add to Knockmas charm and lure. At the top, mysterious
fairy forts are built among the trees and stone walls.
I imagine a hooded Cowl might be the perfect accessory
to wear while walking through such a mystical place.

The Braid Brim is knit flat and the picked up stitches are along
the long side of the braid not at the ends. It is then folded over
the hood and tacked down at the end. When the braid is folded over the finished hood, you wont see any of the picked up
stitches since it overlaps the beginning of the hood pattern and
covers where the picked up stitches might show.
