Requirement : Bheramara Power Project in

Bangladesh requiring PAN India cargo to be
collected, sometimes packaged and
transported across the border into
Bangladesh.

NMDC - Nagarnar, Chhattisgarh

Requirement : National steel melting plant

being set up in the heart of Chhattisgarh
requiring material to be transported from
over 50 locations all over India and from sea
ports to the site.

Particulars : Over 100 shipments a month

on a average. General indigenous and ODC
cargo from all over India and Imports
approximately 100MT in weight, 25Mtrs in
length, 6Mtrs in width and 5Mtrs in Height.

Execution : Cargo transported to the client

site in Nagarnar, Chattisgarh through a highly
sensitive area and an improperly constructed
ghat section, that too completely without any
damages or pilferage.

and have been transporting heavy lifts from
Trichy and Hyderabad to various locations in
India with height up to 14’9”, width up to
16’9” and weighing up to 118MT.

completing the transportation of over 50,000
MT Steels and 300 Containers per annum for

Mumbai Port to Jajpur, Orissa on 12

TBM - Kullu, Himachal Pradesh
Requirement : Transportation of Tunnel Boring
Machine (TBM) From Mumbai to Seelagarh,
Kullu, HP

Particulars : The entire TBM chartered vessel at

JNPT consisted of 5 ODC/OWC packages
above 70MT and 65 Trailer loads of Normal /
ODC / Containers. The heaviest package was a
concentrated load of 9’8”x9’8”x9’0” weighing
92MT.

Execution : Our route survey suggested civil

changes required en-route Kullu to Seelagarh
(38 Kms) because of gradients as high as 1:15
and freshly cut roads without hard top. We
fabricated special trolleys to move with point
load cargoes and our team delivered the entire
cargo till the project site in-spite of severe
snowfall during that period.

Ball Mill Shell - Haridwar, UK

Requirement : Ball Mill Shell

Transported from Chennai to Haridwar
(U.C.) – 3500kms.

Particulars : The package was

62’4”x18’6”x18’6” weighing 140MT,
which was transported on 12 Hydraulic
Axles and Volvo 520 HP Puller.

Execution : Ensuring safe delivery in

75Days, the cargo was sent along with
a team on wiremen and dedicated
labourers for en-route requirements
along with an additional jeep escort.

Gas Turbine - Jujumura, Orissa

Requirement : Transportation of a Gas

Turbine from Mumbai Port to Jujumura
Orissa.

Particulars : The package was

26’x15’8”x19’1” i.e. 23’ from ground
(140MT), which was transported on 10
Hydraulic Axles with Volvo 520HP Prime
Mover.

Execution : The package was delivered at

Jujumura (Orissa) safely within 55Days. At
the site this 140MT package was manually
offloaded with jacks, stools and beams as
a specific requirement to that site.

Himachal Pradesh - ODC Project

Requirement : Transportation of 5 x ODC/OWC

Pkgs. from Ropar, Punjab to Baga, Himachal
Pradesh (approx. 7500feet above sea level).

Particulars : 5 packages Kiln Shell, Kiln Tyre

Rings, Gear Box and Grinding Bowl with length
upto 23’, width upto 20’ and height upto 20’
weiging upto 97MT were transported using 6
Hydraulic Axles with Volvo 400HP prime Mover
each.

Execution : We negotiated some of the

sharpest hair pin turns on freshly cut, unfinished
roads, processed shut-downs of LT & HT lines,
dismantled and re-erected structures. All the
packages were safely delivered within 30days,
sent along with a team of wiremen and
dedicated labourers for en-route requirements.

Chamba Hydro Electric Power
Plant - Himachal Pradesh
Requirement : For M/s Jaiprakash Associates
Ltd.moved project cargo from Mumbai to an
upcoming Hydro Electric Power Plant at
Chamba (HP).

Particulars : The ODC packages ranged upto

19’0”x11’5”x14’0” (55MT) like which we moved
over 60 ODC/OWC packages and an
additional10000 freight tons of general cargo in
more than 300 trailers from Mumbai to their
upcoming Hydro Electric Power Plant at
Chamba (HP).

Execution : Our route survey suggested civil

changes required en-route. We specially
fabricated self designed equipments like sliding
jacks, dummy bridges, load dividers, winches
etc. for the entire project and completed it within
the estimated timeframe.
